We were founded in  1986 in Huntsville Alabama and we service mostly Northern Alabama and Southern Tennessee.        Our office is open Monday through Friday  from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. W.E. Services are reserved for Concerts or Special Events

Piano Tech is a complete piano servicing company offering:  Auditory, Personalized High Tech and Historical tunings, rebuilding, reconditioning, repairs, voicing, concert prep, appraisals, estimates, insurance claims, dealer prep and warranty work, piano climate control system installation.

Karen is the Administrative Professional, she will help  you set up an appointment or answer any questions that you might have concerning your piano

Lou Thiry, RPT is a Registered Piano Technician with The Piano Technician's Guild. an organization dedicated to providing current and up-to-date piano technology in-service training for its members.  His forte is to provide quality piano services for home customers, as well as institutions. churches. Schools, Piano Teachers, Recording Studios and Concert Halls. 

Mr. Thiry is constantly striving to upgrade his piano service skills by attending and participating in seminars conducted by the Birmingham Chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild. He is a regular attendee of PTG Conventions, a series of piano technology seminars taught by experts in the field and by major piano manufacturers from around the world, which are held annually in various major cities across the United States and attended by piano technicians from the U.S. and abroad.  He is currently a Student of The Steinway Technical Academy in New  York.

Making the customer happy with his/her piano is his objective, whether it is a new instrument or one with age. Pianos are just like any other prized property; they must be taken care of, or they will deteriorate in many ways.
